Carpet Cleaning for Sundance Rentals in Boulder
Carpet cleaning for Boulder homes, short-term and vacation rentals hosting guests during the Sundance Film Festival — before arrival and between stays.
Hosting festival guests
With the Sundance Film Festival in Boulder, some homeowners, hosts and property managers will be welcoming guests into homes, vacation rentals and furnished short-term rentals. Clean carpet is one of the first things guests notice when they walk in.
Fashion Flooring cleans carpet for homeowners renting out their homes, short-term and vacation rental hosts, and the property managers who look after them. Fashion Flooring is an independent local flooring company and is not affiliated with the Sundance Institute or the Sundance Film Festival.

Guest-ready carpet, before and after
Before guests arrive
Refreshing carpet so a home or rental looks clean and cared for at check-in.
Between guests
Cleaning after checkout so the home is ready for the next booking — or back in shape for you.
High-traffic areas
Entries, hallways and living areas that see more foot traffic when a home is full of guests.
Planning around guest stays
We can clean before your first guests arrive, between stays, or both. Send us your booking dates and we'll talk through where cleaning fits.
Back-to-back stays can leave a tight turnaround between checkout and the next check-in, so hosts should plan ahead when possible. Booking cleaning early gives you the best chance of a time that fits your schedule.
If the carpet needs more
If carpet is worn past the point where cleaning helps, we can also show you replacement options and talk through what makes sense before your guests arrive.
