Hardwood Floor Refinishing

Existing hardwood can lose its finish, show wear and begin to look tired even when the wood itself is still worth keeping.

Hardwood refinishing can restore the appearance of an existing floor and give the room a fresh start without replacing otherwise serviceable hardwood.

Fashion Flooring can help evaluate the existing floor and determine whether refinishing is an appropriate option for the condition of the wood and the result you're trying to achieve.

An evaluation comes before a refinishing recommendation. Tell us what you know about the floor’s construction, past sanding, worn areas and damage, and which rooms you want included. Some existing floors are suitable for refinishing; others need a different approach.

If you have a move-in, sale or photography deadline, discuss it before scheduling. The condition of the floor, scope of work and finish requirements determine the plan and timing.
